Meet Tiffany Haywood!

by KeAnne on March 3, 2017

Tiffany looks like she is 25, and I seriously almost fell out of my chair when she revealed she had six children.  Her story is by turns serious, sad, funny, sly and surprising, and we knew it had to be in the show.  Meet Tiffany!

Tiffany Haywood

Tiffany “TheMrsTee” Haywood lives in Fayetteville with her husband and six (!) children thanks to the Army.  She describes her family:

I’m Mom to 6 – 4 by birth and 2 by love – ages 22, 20, 19, 10, 8 and 6. I am married to my BFF and the bravest man I know. We have been together for nearly 15 years. Born and raised in Da Bronx New York, our family has lived here in North Carolina, in Hawaii and then back to NC. We are happy to say we have found our forever home and look forward to growing here in North Carolina.

Tiffany works as a blogger and social media influencer, which is fortunate since her hobbies include blogging, vlogging (video blogging), social media marketing and brand consultations!

She credits LTYM National Cities Mentor and Chicago show co-producer Melissa Wells for her involvement in this year’s show.

Tiffany’s favorite writers include Aaronica Bell Cole, Danielle Slaughter and so many others “who inspired me to pursue this LTYM Dream!”

Tiffany is no stranger to media coverage.  Her knowledge of video technique has been featured on platforms such as BlogHer and iBlog Magazine with articles in iBlog for the October 2015 and April 2016 issues. She was also a panelist on Moms Everyday, a TV show based in Colorado on which moms chat about the good, the bad, the ugly and the awesome times of parenting today.

Impressively, Tiffany was a BlogHer VOTY (Voice of the Year) Honoree in 2016 for her short-form video “Texting Pet Peeves”.

I can reveal that Tiffany’s LTYM piece has nothing to do with texting pet peeves, as necessary and useful as that might be!  Tiffany is a delight, and we cannot wait for you to hear her poignant, charming piece.  Buy tickets now to hear her on May 5, 2017.
