Considering Auditions

by Marty on March 15, 2013

Last week, KeAnne and I had the incredible honor of hearing over 30 auditions for the first Listen to Your Mother show in Raleigh-Durham. We have spent this week doing our best to create the best show we can from the entries we received. You might think with no bad auditions this would be easy. It’s the opposite. With the talent and heart we saw? It’s been extremely difficult.

Monday morning, we will buck up and announce the cast for Listen to Your Mother: Raleigh-Durham 2013.

For now, we would like to share posts from some of the incredible writers who auditioned for us.

Debby at Almost Six

Ami at It Wasn’t Funny . . . At the Time

Angie Kinghorn, Life with Artistic License

Abbie at All That Makes You . . .

I’m delighted to have met these writers, and will be adding them to whatever reader I move to after the dreaded demise of everyone’s beloved Google Reader.

Don’t forget to come back Monday. You don’t want to miss this year’s cast introductions.
