Welcome to #LTYM Pittsburgh!

Meet the cast!

Pittsburgh’s Inaugural Cast of Listen To Your Mother

by stephaniejankowski on February 22, 2015

Amanda, Jen, and I have never laughed so hard or cried so much in such a short amount of time until the Listen To Your Mother Pittsburgh auditions. We found ourselves troubled, aching in reaction to one piece, then ten minutes later, putting those Kegels to good use as to not tinkle during another reading.

Note to all Listen To Your Mother Directors and Producers: Do not laugh-pee yourself during auditions; you will lose all credibility.

It was an absolute honor to bear witness to the stories of those who braved the audition room, and it was a painful and arduous task choosing a cast of only 11 among so. much. talent. We want to thank all the ladies (and man!) who willingly shared a piece of their heart with us. Now picture us bowing down yelling, “We’re not worthy!” à la Wayne and Garth.

Thank you to everyone who entrusted us with their word babies.

And now, your 2015 Listen To Your Mother Pittsburgh Cast:

Erika Fricke

Natalie Gillespie

Jennifer Hicks

Stephanie Jankowski

Gina Jones

Dawn Mangine

Ilene Marshall

Jennifer Pelling

Tamara Reese

Britt Reints

Danielle Sibley

Kristen Stepanczuk

Tina Tuminella

Congratulations, ladies!

With the help of these women, Listen To Your Mother Pittsburgh is raising money for our chosen charity, Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh. In future posts, we will introduce each of our incredible cast members and pay rightful homage to our charity. Until then, the behind the scenes work continues and our hearts grow fuller for being one step closer to performance day.
