Sadly, she was not immediately snatched up for a role on the Real Housewives of OC because, well, she’s a little too real for that. She is an aspiring novelist who gets distracted too easily by Facebook, Instagram, her blog Mommypants and other shiny things. She is a former sports journalist whose work appeared in major newspapers, including covering the Anaheim Angels for the OC Register, and in Sports Illustrated, but now is spectator, schlepper, coach and cheerleader for her three kids.

She has wandered the immigration path from Venezuela to Canada, to the US., and now lives in the Palos Verdes Peninsula where she hikes, drinks wine by the gallons and writes. In her bilingual blog, Lisbeth muses about living with a mental disorder. A lifelong competitive figure skater and writer, she abruptly left the corporate world behind in 1998 and became a skating coach. New opportunities led to a leadership career with U.S. Figure Skating, a monthly column in SKATING Magazine, and best of all, she met her husband through a client. She has worked in voiceover and as a YMCA camp director, both of which have come in handy for the loud, messy and expensive life she now leads with 7-year old triplets (two with special needs) and an 18-year old stepson. Also, her children have 11 grandparents (you can’t make this stuff up). She frequently wishes for earplugs on days that end in “Y”. Outnumbered, it’s all about zone defense.

Additionally, he helps develop K-14 curriculum for the Department of Economic Workforce Development at the California Community College Chancellor’s Office, where he is a “professional expert” in digital media, cinema and broadcasting. An author of plays, screenplays and short fiction, Sahag began his career at the  age of five, when he would create unique twists on traditional fairy tales. He is currently in the editing stages of a short story collection and writing his memoir in vignettes.

Nancy  authored “Twentieth Century Fox: The First 75 Years” and “Vegan & Gluten-free Recipes to Live For: Comfort Food That Comforts,” and is a contributor to “No Kidding.” Although she has dedicated thousands of hours and dollars to the physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of numerous wee ones in hopes they will become well-adjusted young adults, they remain cats. Nancy enjoys talks with her mom every day and is half Swedish.

Danielle began as a Special Education teacher in Denver Colorado almost two decades ago. Her Masters in Cognitive Disabilities from University of Norther Colorado and Special Needs from University of Colorado-Denver, has served her well.
   Currently she works as an Educational Consultant, and Special Education Advocate, utilizing Collaborative Problem Solving in her business, Special Needs OC. She serves on the board of a local non-profit, Helping the Behaviorally Challenged Child where she also teaches The Language of School Advocacy.
