Let’s Have a Round of Applause for Our 2014 Local Sponsors!

by elizabeth on April 28, 2014

As you can imagine, we wouldn’t be able to do this without our local sponsors. As we look ahead to the show on Sunday we want to express our gratitude for their support and remind you to please support them in return.

jennifer stachelOur first returning sponsor is Jennifer Stachel Orthodontics. Dr. Stachel is dedicated to creating healthy and attractive smiles for her patients, using the latest technology available.  She earns her patient’s trust, built on old-fashioned commitment to practice with honesty, integrity and consistency and based on delivering superior smiles. It all starts with just a smile, and she strives to make smiles from the inside out. In her free time, she is an avid theatre goer which makes her connection to Listen to Your Mother very, very special.

mind over matterWe are thrilled that Mind Over Matter Health and Fitness (MOM) is joining us again for the ride this year.  MOM’s mission is to provide certified, friendly, reliable healthcare professionals specializing in areas such as Personal Training,Yoga, Pilates, & Private Boot Camp Classes. They specialize in Pre-Natal and Postpartum Fitness.

SpoonableSecond year sponsor, Spoonable, is a Brooklyn confectionery sauce company. Founder, Michelle Lewis, and her team handcraft 6 decadent confectionery sauces: 5 caramel sauces–classic salty, spicy chili, chewy sesame, peppered orange and flowery lavender–and one particularly naughty butterscotch sauce called Brooklyn Butterscotch.

Super Soccer StarsSuper Soccer Stars, one of New York’s most popular children’s soccer development programs, is another of our returning sponsors.  It’s their goal to teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. Their philosophy is to use soccer to nurture, to build self-confidence, and to develop teamwork in every class.

jennifer lee photographyWhen Holly told Jennifer Lee about our first NYC Listen to Your Mother show two years ago, Jennifer jumped in with both feet and moved us to tears with her beautiful photographs. She returns as photographer and trade sponsor for Listen To Your Mother: NYC for our third year.

MadMen on the CouchDr. Stephanie Newman’s book, Mad Men on the Couch,  THE tell-all about the characters of everyone’s favorite advertising agency returns to sponsor LTYM. In her bookDr. Newman uses her trained professional eye to analyze the show’s primary characters through the lens of modern psychology.

Screen Shot 2014-03-04 at 8.54.34 AMReturning local sponsor The Upper Breast Side, is New York City’s first breastfeeding resource center and the largest hospital-grade breast pump rental station.  They were one of our first sponsors two years ago when we first brought the show to NYC and we are thrilled that they are back as a partner again in our third season!

Happy Dog logoFirst year sponsor Happy Dog Training utilizes positive reinforcement to teach your dog skills that will make you proud of your dog’s behavior for years to come. Dog training classes and lessons are fun for you and your dog…and they WORK!

EDS LogoAlso new to us is Elynn Diamond Studio. Elynn believes that, if you love to sing, you no longer need to be held back for any reason! In a supportive and intimate environment, she works with professionals and non-professionals to develop their talent and to deepen their understanding of both their private and performing “self.”

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of our sponsors! We can’t wait for you to hear the amazing stories that you have so generously supported.
