Once upon a time Kirsten Piccini dreamed of bringing Listen To Your Mother to her own backyard. She is a daydreamer and storyteller who loves books, (too much) TV, cupcakes and high heels. She also harbors a deep affection for Broadway musicals, NYC and romantic comedies. Mom to eight year old twins born after a 4 year journey through infertility, it was that diagnosis brought her personal blog, The Kir Corner, to life.
Her writing has been featured in Redbook, Glamour and Cosmopolitan along with BonBonBreak, Scary Mommy and Brain, Child. Her short stories are published in Precipice Volumes 2 & 3 (The Literary Anthology of Write on Edge) and The Reverie. She was also named a BlogHer VOTY ( Voice of the Year) in 2015.
A proud alumnus of the inaugural 2012 NYC cast of Listen to Your Mother, when she’s not writing romantic fiction, parenting her twins or dreaming of shoe sales Kir lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with her husband and sons. She’s doing the best she can to prove that some dreams do indeed come true.
