The Fabulous Gracie Theatre Welcomes LTYM Bangor 2015

We are beyond humbled and excited that our very first performance in Bangor, Maine will be at the elegant Gracie Theatre, home to Husson University. The staff has been friendly and gracious while we get our feet wet with production and we sweat and hustle to bring you a truly marvelous Mother’s Day experience. About The Gracie Theatre “The Gracie Theatre opened its doors in 2009 and serves as a cultural center for Husson Campus and the Greater Bangor Community.  The facility includes a 490-seat proscenium theater, 335 in the orchestra, 165 in the balcony, a fly system with 26 counter-weighted line sets, rehearsal hall, orchestra pit, scene design and construction area, sound, recording and light booths and 3 full dressing rooms and a 50-seat Black Box Theatre. We told you a while back that LTYM Bangor chose a cast. Now you get to meet the cast and learn more about how marvelous each member is! We could not be happier or more excited about Bangor’s inaugural year line up! PRODUCER SARAH COTTRELL is a member of the Stay At Home Mom Club and proud herder of two youngsters who regularly feature in her blog, Housewife Plus at the Bangor Daily News. Occasionally her husband stumbles into one of those posts too. In 2012 Sarah earned her MFA that was promptly shoved to the back of a closet where it was placed under temporary house arrest. Her once productive home artist studio is now the room where appliances go to die. Or where time out happens for plastic swords.
