On the Listen To Your Mother YouTube channel we feature a variety of playlists by topic, and for 2016 we’ve added two new playlists–one with stories about race, and another with stories from LGBTQ families.

What A Show!

by ashlee on May 30, 2016

It’s a wrap for our 2nd Albuquerque Listen To Your Mother show. Our cast this year featured men and women from a variety of ages, cultures and backgrounds. And the stories….WOW! It was a treat for everyone in attendance and we all felt the power and emotion behind being able to share our story.

From stories of motherhood from an adoptee, poems about motherhood and the family vehicle to stories of being a working mom, our audience laughed and cried their way through the show.

Thank you so much to our cast, the family and friends who supported and encouraged the sharing of stories, our charity partner Saranam, our sponsors ABQ Web Hosting, Mr. Art Trujillo, Mr. Steven Schroeder, Mr. and Mrs. Terry and Sissy Othick and Ashley Nelson from Epic Salon.

Stay tuned for the YouTube videos of all readings from all of the North American shows coming soon!
